Thoughtful and Intentional Tattoos

Denver tattoo artist Lex Creo
Ornate black and white mandala design featuring an eye at the center surrounded by floral and swirling patterns inside an oval shape.

Inspired by nature, symmetry, and folk art, each piece is created with care, collaboration, and attention to how it lives on the body.

Lex Creo, fine line and ornamental tattoo artist based in Denver, Colorado
A stylized black and white floral design with a woman's face at the center, surrounded by petal-like shapes and leaves.

I aim to create a space that feels comfortable, supportive, and unhurried, to ensure the experience is as intentional as the work itself for all body types.

Everything You Need to Know

  • The full breakdown:

    • I require a $100 non-refundable deposit.

    • My minimum is  $200 for both flash and customs.

    • My hourly rate is $150/hour.

I will provide a quote during the booking process but I have outlined my prices based on size for you below”

    • Small (1-2.5 in) designs - $200-$300

    • Medium (2.5-5 in) designs - $300-$700

    • Large (5in+) designs - $600+

Large compositions such as spine pieces, sleeves, etc.. will usually start at $800 and go up from there.

Please note, price is still subject to change during our session if we choose to go bigger or the tattoo takes longer. My hourly rate is essentially a guideline for pricing.

  • Security deposits not only hold your appointment time, but also provide a sense of security for my time and energy during the booking and design process. Deposits are non refundable but can be transferred over if rescheduling is needed if you reschedule at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. If you cancel under the 48 hour window, you will be required to pay a new deposit.

  • I do not show my designs beforehand for a number of reasons. This is a hard boundary of mine. Should we need to make any adjustments to the design we can absolutely do so at the beginning of our appointment! I want you to feel fully confident in the design and will take as long as it takes to get us there. Thank you for understanding.

  • You are welcome to bring a guest with you! We prefer that you only bring one guest just for the sake of space. If you have more than one person with you, they are welcome to wait in our waiting area. Thank you for understanding.

  • Please bring absolutely anything that will make you feel comfortable during our time together!

    • Comfortable clothing that is suitable for the area we will be tattooing (bonus points for dark colored clothing)

    • A water bottle to stay hydrated, snacks, a lunch for longer sessions!

    • A valid ID - The CO app works!

    • You are welcome to bring any distractions you’d like - book, kindle, headphones, work, etc.

  • If your skin tolerates second skin then yes I recommend it. I use the brand Derm Shield. I feel like it is amazing to not have to worry about your tattoo in the first, and most pivotal, days of healing. If your skin does not handle it well then we will just wrap your tattoo with cellophane the old fashion way and you will begin aftercare as soon as you remove it. No biggie!

  • I do not have a lot of experience doing cover ups! I am always happy to take a look at your existing tattoo and see if it is something I feel comfortable with. If not, I may refer you to another artist or recommend you get tattoo removal to lighten the tattoo before we go over it.

  • Cash or venmo is preferred at this time!

I do have the option to take a card if needed, though there will be an additional charge for the transaction fee.
